Commercial contract, proof of MC

Dear all.

The TN guide says that MC may be proven as follows: “You command a high salary or other remuneration for your services, as evidenced by COMMERCIAL or employment contracts with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings”

If i work as a product manager, but my company is located abroad, so they were not able to offer me employment contract, can i submit commercial contract which specifies my duties as a product owner and salary?
