Can evidence from speaking as panelist at a prominent Virtual conference be used as Mandatory criterion

Hi, I am one of the three speakers on a panel discussing the topic “Building AI Products: navigating the challenges and opportunities in the new frontier of technology” organised by Product Led Alliance and the event is called “Product-Led Festival Reloaded”. We are three panelists one each from Amazon, Microsoft and Deliveroo (me). The event is virtual and there are expected to be over 1000 attendees.

I am trying to understand if i can use a letter from the organisers of https://www.productledalliance.com/ for the above event as evidence of Mandatory criteria. I see that requirement for Option 2 clearly states that the event must in in-person and you must be speaking from the main stage but these are not conditions stated for Mandatory criterion (quoted in PS) seems to be different where it does not say specifics like being a speaker on the main stage so I am not sure if I can state my above experience in mandatory criterion.

I have also been invited for an invitation only event on April 26-27 for senior Customer Experience leaders at CX Telecom, Media and Technology Exchange event as a speaker panelist, however, I would be submitting my application before that so not sure if I can include such letters of invitation especially as the event will be after i have submitted the application.

I would be really thankful someone could guide me on the topic.

Regards
Saurabh

PS: You have evidence of speaking at high-profile digital technology sector events, or specialist events for your particular field in the digital technology sector, as evidenced by reference letter(s) from leading industry expert(s) describing your work, or as evidenced by news clippings or similar evidence (including event size/attendance estimates where possible)

Evidence close to your period of application won’t count.

Thank you @Francisca_Chiedu! The recency aside, could you please explain the technicality around the conference being virtual and am a panelist speaker (not solo speaker) but i am using it for mandatory criterion and there is no guidance which rules conferences with those adjectives out, I suppose it should be acceptable but would love to hear your perspective.

Hello @saurabh , Please how were you able to resolve this or include it in your application? I also have my talks streamed on Youtube in the past and over 100 views I am not sure how to include these in my application.
