Can I directly apply to Tech Nation for the endorsement on my own?

Thank you for your response, I have one more doubt for the Law Firm support do I have to approach any consultancy for all the process to carry out or can I directly consult a lawyer?

One normally has to apply in Home Office website, make payment there and then Upload the documents in TechNation website.
