With your appeal doc only, it is difficult to identify the mistake you made.

From my reading you appeal document:

  • income of 55% above is not significant as far as I know. TN may be looking around more than 80% or above in the range.
  • I have seen that you have participated some projects there, but it was not clear that you led them.
  • OC2: mentorship needs to be structured, senior mentor, and have a good number of audience.
  • OC4 should be about PhD. If you are not at the level, it is very difficult to be qualified.

Well at least, you can appeal to clear your doubts and see the feedback from second assessor, and see what you can improve and build for your next application for the worst case scenario. Best of luck @Shafaq_Arshad

OC4 is not about PhDs. If you have a peer reviewed publication you can use it.
