Account creation error - Your account is not associated with this site. Registration is required before logging in

Hi all,

Please help.

I have tried to register at TN with my official Gmail ID on Log in - Tech Nation Visa Application to view and complete the Tech Nation application form. However, I receive this error message:

→ “Your account is not associated with this site. Registration is required before logging in.”

I assumed I might need to first submit my UKVI Stage 1 application, so I went ahead and submitted it on https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/ using the same official gmail ID, paid the fee, and received my UKVI reference number.

However, after returning to Tech Nation’s SurveyMonkey Apply site and trying to register with the same Gmail ID, I am still seeing the same error message. I also tried “Login with Google” (having same official gmail id in browser), but the issue persists with error

→ “Sorry, your account has been deactivated or is not ready to be used yet. Please contact the site administrator if you believe you are receiving this message in error.”

My questions are:

  1. Is it acceptable to register on Tech Nation SM Apply with a different email address, and then link my TN application to my previously submitted UKVI reference number created with my official Gmail ID?

  2. If that is not possible, what is the correct support or admin contact email to resolve the registration problem with my official Gmail ID?

  3. Is this due to an account by admin?

I do encounter the same issue when I tried to registered. When I saw your screencopy, I guess whether we should ask for Technation official tech support? Thanks!

I wrote to Tech Nation Visa Team - tnvisa@technation.io . They said the SurveyMonkey Apply platform was experiencing some technical issues, but these have now been resolved and try registering again. But due to time constrains I have used different email id and submit my application. I think UKVI account and technation application links with the UAN number provide and not with the email id.
