I am a project manager that has co-managed leading digital software a SaaS, residents data cleaning and financial applications for give parastatal in my home country. Does this qualify for me applying for endorsement? Then do I present the GitHub access to these projects or their URLs as evidence alongside recommendation letters for exceptional promise? Lastly in terms of a publication, does a research as done in MSc with regards to QA management suffice. Please I need guidance as I am just embarking on this journey and reaching out for my recommendation letters.

Your project management experience with SaaS and financial applications could qualify for the Global Talent Visa (Exceptional Promise route), but you must demonstrate more than just GitHub access or URLs. The visa prioritizes candidates from product-led technology companies who can show commercial impact, leadership, and specific contributions to digital products.
