8yrs old Employer Recommendation letter can be serve for MC?

As per my knowledge, to be recognized as a Leading Talent in Digital Technology needs to demonstrate the following over the last 5 years.

So can I share my ex-employer recommendation letter, where I led the growth of a product-led digital technology company and team in 2018? or Its only acceptable for the last 5 years’ roles I had?

Just curious to know as I have more than 10yrs of experience so I can put a previous employer recommendation letter as a Mandatory Criteria document.

It is not suitable. Your evidence should be within 5 years.

No. The limit is clearly stated to be 5 years.

Thankyou so much @Francisca_Chiedu and @Akash_Joshi its mean if you have 10yrs of experience you can just only share the last 5yrs of employers details.
