Is there a requirement of how long you have to hold GTV until eligible for ILR ? I’ve spent 3 years on Skilled Working Visa which by UKVI guidance makes me ready for ILR right away.

You first need to switch to GTV. At least apply for a year visa then you may be able to apply for ILR with that
