Please i would love to ask. if someone is given a 5 years visa under promise, and move to the UK. But within the 5 years the persons gains admission to do a one year master in a prestigious university in the USA.

Can leaving the UK for 1 full year to the US be allowed

Please what will be the fate of the person.

If you leave for one full year, you won’t be eligible for 1LR after 5 years.

you are allowed to stay max 180 days in a 12 months
